We understand that climate change is one of the most complex issues facing contemporary societies. Our role in the identification of climate change crosscutting issues is integral as we provide solutions and adaptation measures aimed at protecting vulnerable communities. Our services around climate change include assessment of environmental impacts, policy development and evaluation of climate focused project interventions
Driven by the urge to realize Sustainable Development Goal number 3; Quality Education, our work in the education sphere is recognizable. International Center Policy and Research Solutions (ICPRS) helps the education sector provide inclusive and equitable quality education for every child. ICPRS contributes to the education sector by supporting evidence-based policy development, conducting research and evaluations, and strengthening education systems through capacity building and knowledge sharing. ICPRS collaborates with governments, NGOs, and development partners to design and implement inclusive, gender-responsive, and equitable education programs. Key areas of focus include interventions such as digital literacy, early childhood development to secondary and vocational education, and education for marginalized and vulnerable populations, including children in emergencies, girls, children with disabilities, and those in hard-to-reach areas.
Recognizing the need to uphold human rights across the world, we work to help human rights institutions curb human rights abuses, offer protection to human rights defenders, and respond to human rights abuses. ICPRS has experience advancing human rights through policy research, advocacy, and technical support to governments, civil society organizations, and communities. Our work is grounded in the belief that human rights are central to inclusive development, social justice, and democratic governance. We support the design and implementation of rights-based programs and policies that protect and promote the rights of marginalized and vulnerable groups, including women, children, persons with disabilities, and minority communities.
Our services include human rights policy development, legal and institutional assessments, capacity building for duty-bearers and rights-holders, and monitoring and evaluation of human rights interventions. Key areas of focus include civic education, social accountability initiatives, and advocacy campaigns that foster awareness, participation, and empowerment.
ICPRS offers specialized technical assistance and policy advisory services in the health and nutrition sectors. We support governments, development agencies, and communities to design, implement, and evaluate health and nutrition programs that are evidence-based, inclusive, and impact-driven.
Key services include the development of public health and nutrition policies, technical support in health systems strengthening, maternal and child nutrition programming, and assessments of community health interventions. We also conduct impact evaluations of health education initiatives, and nutrition-specific interventions.
Access to adequate quantities of nutritious food remains to be a big challenge for many. The International Center of Policy and Research Solutions is dedicated to supporting communities to be in charge of their food systems. ICPRS has hands-on experience delivering specialized consulting services in livestock production, crop production, and agricultural economics to support food and nutrition security. We apply an integrated approach to agricultural development, combining evidence-based research, policy development, and practical interventions that strengthen the entire food system. Our technical support spans from field-level productivity enhancement to national-level policy advisory, ensuring communities, governments, and development partners are equipped to respond effectively to food security challenges.
Our key services include the development of agriculture and livestock policies, agricultural business management, environmental and agricultural assessments, and value chain analysis to enhance competitiveness. We also conduct impact assessments on livestock restocking, vaccination, and treatment programs, and monitor performance metrics such as crop yields and resilience indicators. ICPRS supports sustainable, inclusive, and climate-smart food systems that improve livelihoods and ensure long-term food availability.
ICPRS International is committed to strengthening resilience and providing timely interventions in crisis situations. We support communities, governments, and humanitarian organizations in designing and implementing effective emergency response strategies.
Key services include emergency needs assessments, humanitarian program design, post-crisis recovery planning, response policy development and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) for humanitarian interventions. In Democracy and Governance, ICPRS helps institutions build open, responsive, and accountable structures and processes that work to offer services that meet the needs and preferences of the public. ICPRS work with governments, civil society organizations, and development partners to strengthen democratic institutions, promote participatory governance, and enhance transparency and accountability at all levels.
ICPRS support in Research and analysis, the development of policies, legal frameworks, capacity building of the government institutions, civil society organizations, and communities to actively engage in governance processes. Key areas of focus include civic education, electoral support, anti-corruption initiatives, decentralization, public sector reform, and social accountability mechanisms.
ICPRS International is committed to fostering peaceful and resilient societies by addressing the root causes of conflict and promoting sustainable conflict resolution mechanisms. We work with communities, governments, and organizations to develop strategies for peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and reconciliation. ICPRS conducts research, policy analysis, and conflict assessments to inform peacebuilding strategies and improve conflict management frameworks at local, national, and regional levels. ICPRS Key area of focus include crisis prevention, conflict management, conflict resolution, conflict transformation, and peace building intiatives.
ICPRS offers expertise in integrating gender perspectives into diverse development projects and initiatives to ensure inclusivity, equity, and responsiveness to the needs and rights of both women and men. ICPRS provides services such as gender-focused research, gender analysis, policy development, program design, and capacity building to help institutions mainstream gender in their strategies and operations using globally recognized gender tools such as the Gender Analysis Frameworks, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) tools, Gender Mainstreaming Checklists, and Gender-Responsive Budgeting instruments.
ICPRS offers full-service solutions to strengthen all aspects of the WASH system. It as well provides support that is designed to assess systems, identify gaps, and develop tailored solutions that will help bring water and sanitation solutions to societies. We help WASH organizations educate the community about hygiene, and sanitation. Limited access to safe water, adequate sanitation, and proper hygiene (WASH) remains a critical public health challenge, particularly in underserved and rural communities. Poor WASH conditions contribute to the spread of waterborne diseases and compromise the dignity and well-being of vulnerable populations.
In response, ICPRS provides comprehensive services in the Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation (WASH) sector, including research, needs assessments, policy development, program design, and monitoring and evaluation. We work with governments, NGOs, and communities that promote sustainable WASH solutions, support hygiene behavior change campaigns, and strengthen institutional capacity for effective WASH service delivery.
